Well it looks like my best BEW doe Rhythm & Blues will not be able to make it to this year's ARBA convention. She was just looking too nice and I knew she would go into molt before and I was right! The exact same thing happened last year when I tried to get Windex to convention. Oh well! That is fine...just means I can go ahead and breed her finally! I am going to wait another 1 or 2 weeks to do that. Maybe if she gets pregnant she will stop molting in time? Wishful thinking!
So all my BEW competition can rest easy! LOL But I do have other BEW that aren't too shabby! Game on! May the best blue eyes win! ;)

Oh! So does that mean that Papillon actually has a chance now? lol
It would have been nice though - Like how nail biting it was when they were both on the table, side by side, in Pomona going for variety. It was so nerve wrecking watching him go back and forth over and over for what seemed like forever! It's times like that when the win is so much more fulfilling!!! Rhythm is definitely a good rabbit to lose to!
I don't know how much of a competition Papillon will put on this time though, she's slipping coat and I'm not sure she will be primed for Convention... but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!

Sure Papillon does have a chance! My Sr. Does will be Almost Blue It, Ultra Blue and Blue Light Special.
It was nail biting for sure! I think when that happens it makes for a much more fun show. We get our little adrenaline rush....natural high! LOL
Show her anyway, LOL. Use a lint roller, use a blow dryer till the fur is flying so much it looks like Pigpen from Charlie Brown just walked by. Don't cheat yourself out of showing the best BEW you ever bred....
